MELLALYSS COMMISSIONS

Base price is for commissions with minimum details only (e.g. characters wearing simple/casual outfits). For characters with detailed outfits or designs, additional fee of 15-70 USD will be applied depending on details.

Additional characters cost 70-100% of base price per character (depending on desired poses and composition).

Props (such as a pet or a weapon) start from 30 USD.

Commissions will come with solid color/gradient background by default. Additional fee will be applied for detailed backgrounds (such as buildings or landscape).

I will draw both fanart and OC.

I will not accept gore and sexual/suggestive themes. Artistic/partial nudity can be discussed.

Depending on my current workload, turnaround time may vary between a few weeks to 3 months. If you'd like your commission to be done before a short, fixed deadline, rush fee may be applied.

Commissions are for personal use only. Any use for profit is not allowed. You may not edit nor claim the work as your own.

Commissions are not allowed to be minted for NFT nor to be used for any AI training.

I own the full rights to the artwork I create, such as posting it on social media or using it for self promotion. However you can request for your commission to not be posted. Please let me know beforehand.

I accept payment via Paypal invoice.

Payment is upfront. I will reserve a slot for your commission when the total amount is paid.

I do not offer refunds except in the case I cannot finish the commission before the agreed deadline. Please be sure you will not change your mind before sending your request. However, I can make an exception if the need is urgent, and only when no work has begun. Please contact me directly.

If your commission is accepted, I'll contact you with the total amount of payment. We can discuss the price further if it is above your budget. Once the total is finalized, I'll send you a Paypal invoice.

After the full payment is made, your commission slot will be reserved on my queue list. A Trello page detailing the full queue list will be sent to you.

I'll start working on your commission when I reach your queue and send you a rough sketch first. During this process you may request for major revisions. I'll not, however, accept any drastic changes from the initial briefing, such as completely different outfits or poses. If you'd like to change the details of your commission request, please contact me before the work has begun.

Once the sketch is approved, I'll finish the rest of the commission and send you the completed drawing. You may only request for minor changes (such as color adjustment) when the commission is finished.

A high resolution file will be sent to you either via Email or a shared Google Drive link, depending on the means of contact.
